The videos on GIGAXXX are produced by third-party studios and producers and come from established adult platforms and studios. When we become aware of illegal content, for example through the Report button under a video or our contact form, we act expeditiously to remove it or disable access to it. Reports involving minors or non-consensual content are prioritized; our Anti-CSAM policy explains how we screen videos and handle reports. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.
Intellectual property
The GIGAXXX name, logo and site design belong to us or our licensors. Videos and other third-party content belong to their respective rights holders. Copyright notices and counter-notices go through our contact form, as explained in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
