Anti-CSAM, Anti-Trafficking & Child Safety Policy

Protecting children and preventing exploitation come before everything else at GIGAXXX. This policy explains what we prohibit, how we prevent and detect abuse, what we do when we find it, and how you can report it.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), for anything that sexualizes minors, and for sex trafficking and exploitation. No disclaimer, claimed age, fictional setting or artistic purpose makes this content acceptable. In this policy, a minor is anyone under 18.

What this policy covers

• Child sexual abuse material. Any image, video or other depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or showing a minor in a sexualized way.
• Content that appears to depict a minor. Content in which a performer looks like, or is presented as, a minor, through appearance, clothing, props, setting or behavior, or through the title, tags, thumbnail or description, whatever the performer’s actual age.
• “Teen” and age-play framing. Titles, tags, descriptions or scenarios that use terms such as “teen”, “schoolgirl” or “barely legal”, school settings or uniforms, or role-play suggesting that anyone involved is a minor.
• Drawn, animated and AI-generated depictions. Any synthetic, drawn or animated sexual content that depicts minors or childlike characters, whatever age or backstory is claimed for them. GIGAXXX does not publish animated or AI-generated sexual content at all.
• Minors in or near adult content. Any appearance of a minor in a video that contains sexual content, even in the background.
• Exploitation and grooming. Attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes, to obtain sexual images from them or to threaten them (sextortion), and any attempt to share, trade, request or link to CSAM.
• Sex trafficking. Content produced or distributed through force, fraud or coercion, and any attempt to use GIGAXXX to recruit, advertise or sell anyone for sex.

How we prevent abuse

• Established sources only. GIGAXXX has no user uploads. We publish only videos that come from established adult platforms and studios, whose producers must verify every performer’s age and keep the records the law requires. See our 2257 statement.
• Screening before publication. Before a video is published, its title, description, tags and categories are screened automatically. Anything that suggests a minor, non-consent, incest themes or animation is rejected, and every video flagged for a possible minor or non-consent signal gets a second, independent review before anything is published.
• Strict wording rules. The titles and descriptions on GIGAXXX are written by us, and they never use words that suggest a performer is under 18, such as “teen”, “young”, “girl”, “schoolgirl” or “student”.
• Review of every report. Our team reviews every report, and reports involving minors come first.

Keeping minors off GIGAXXX

GIGAXXX is for adults only. Every page carries the RTA label and a matching HTTP header, so parental-control software can block the site; our Parental controls page explains how to set it up. There is no age check at entry today. Where the law requires age assurance, we will use a compliant, privacy-preserving method, so that GIGAXXX never sees or stores identity documents.

Detection and reporting

When we become aware of possible CSAM, exploitation or trafficking, whether through a report, our own review or our screening, we act as follows:

1. Priority review. Reports involving minors or non-consensual content are prioritized over all other reports.
2. Removal. We remove the content, or disable access to it, as quickly as possible.
3. Reporting to authorities. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other competent authorities as required by law. Where information gives rise to a suspicion that a criminal offense involving a threat to someone’s life or safety has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we promptly inform the competent law enforcement or judicial authorities.
4. Preservation of evidence. We preserve the content and related information as the law requires, out of public view, so that it is available to investigators.
5. Source review. We stop publishing content from the source concerned and review what we already publish from it.
6. Cooperation with law enforcement. We cooperate with law enforcement and respond to valid legal requests sent through our contact form. See “Requests from authorities” in our Privacy Policy.

How to report

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or the police first. To report content:

Our forms send your report directly to our team. You do not need to give your name, and an email address is needed only if you want an answer.

If images of you as a minor are online

If you are under 18, or you were under 18 when the images or videos were taken, NCMEC’s Take It Down service can help you remove them or stop them from being shared online. You can also report them to us directly: send us the link, not the images, and we will handle your report with priority.

Trafficking red flags and our response

Trafficking and exploitation are not always obvious. Signs we look for, and that you can report, include:

• a performer who appears frightened, distressed, disoriented or injured, or who seems to be acting under someone else’s control;
• prices, contact details, “bookings” or offers of in-person meetings for sexual services in or around a video;
• a performer saying that they are being forced, that they owe someone money, or that they cannot leave;
• any report from a performer, or someone close to them, that a video was made or published without their free consent.

When we see these signs, we remove the content, preserve the evidence, stop publishing content from the source concerned while we look into it, and report to the competent authorities where appropriate.

What we never do

• We never ask anyone to send us intimate images, whether to verify identity, to process a removal request or for any other reason.
• We never ask you to download, copy or send us material you suspect is illegal. The link is enough.
• We never ask for payment to review a report or to remove content.

We only ever contact you in reply to a message you sent through our forms. If someone claiming to act for GIGAXXX asks you for intimate images or money, it is not us: please report it through our contact form.
