Most playback problems are solved by one of these steps:

• Reload the page and check your internet connection.
• Set the quality to Auto, or pick a lower quality, in the player settings.
• Update your browser, or try another one.
• Turn off extensions that block scripts or media on gigaxxx.com.
• If you’re on a work or public network, it may block adult sites.

Still stuck? Use the Report button under the video and choose “Video doesn’t play”, or write to us through our contact form with the video URL, your device and your browser.

Open the player settings and choose a quality. Auto adjusts the quality to your connection and is the best choice if a video keeps stopping; on a fast connection, pick the highest quality the video offers (up to 1080p Full HD).

Playback speed is in the same settings. You can also press > to speed up and < to slow down.

Your quality, speed and volume choices are remembered in this browser, so you don’t have to set them again.

Yes. Use the player controls or these keyboard shortcuts:

• F: fullscreen. Press Esc to leave it.
• T: theater mode, a wider player on larger screens.
• I: picture-in-picture, a small floating window that keeps playing while you browse.

Picture-in-picture depends on your browser, so it isn’t available everywhere. On phones and tablets, use the fullscreen control in the player.

Up next shows the logical continuation of the video you’re watching: the next part when a video belongs to a series, then videos with the same performers or from the same studio, videos that other viewers often watch next, and the closest matches from the same categories. Videos you’ve already watched on this device move to the end of the list.

Below the video, More like this suggests more videos in the same spirit.

Switch off Autoplay next to the Up next list, or in the player. When it’s on, a video you open from GIGAXXX starts playing right away (if your browser starts it without sound, select Tap to unmute), and the first video in Up next starts when the one you’re watching ends; when it’s off, you start each video yourself and playback stops at the end.

Your choice is remembered in this browser, along with your other player settings. You can still move on yourself at any time: press Shift + N for the next video.

Yes. The player remembers where you stopped in your last 40 videos and picks up from that point next time, as long as you use the same browser on the same device.

This is saved in your browser only, so it’s lost if you clear site data or watch in a private window. To start from the beginning, press Home or 0.

Open the menu, go to Preferences and switch off Hover previews. Your choice is saved in this browser.

Previews are short, silent clips that play when you point at a video with a mouse or trackpad. They don’t play on touch screens, and they stop automatically when reduce motion is turned on in your device’s accessibility settings.

Yes. The most useful ones:

• Space or K: play or pause
• J / L: back or forward 10 seconds; ← / →: 5 seconds
• ↑ / ↓: volume; M: mute
• F: fullscreen; T: theater mode; I: picture-in-picture

Type in the search box at the top of the page (on phones, tap the search icon first). When you open it, you’ll see popular tags and categories; as you type, suggestions appear, and Enter shows all results.

The Search in buttons let you look in All, Videos or Categories. Press / or Ctrl/⌘ + K to jump to search from anywhere. If history is on, your last 6 searches appear when you open the box.

Open Categories to browse them all. Type in the Filter categories box to find one by name, and sort them by Most videos or A–Z. The Categories menu at the top of the page shows the most popular ones, and they also appear in the search panel.

GIGAXXX has three sections: Straight, Gay and Trans. Switch between them with the Straight, Gay and Trans buttons at the top of the page (in the menu on phones). Each section has its own home page, video lists and categories.

Yes. Every video list has Popular, Newest and Longest tabs, and filters for length, quality and the date videos were added. You can also go straight to one of these lists:

• Order: Popular, New, Longest
• Quality: 1080p Full HD
• Length: Under 10 minutes, 10 to 30 minutes, 30 minutes and more

The gay and trans sections have the same lists under /gay/ and /trans/. Each list is a regular page, so you can bookmark the ones you use most.

Each page shows 60 videos. At the bottom of the list, select Show 60 more videos to add the next page without leaving the one you’re on, or use the page numbers. To jump to a specific page, type its number in the Page box and press Enter.

Yes. Select Surprise me and GIGAXXX opens one of its popular videos at random. It’s an easy way to discover categories you might not have searched for.

Looking for something more specific? Browse New videos or Categories, or use the search box.

Select Watch later on any video (the clock icon) or on the video page. The video is added to the Watch later tab of your Saved page; select the button again to remove it.

You don’t need an account. The list is saved in this browser only, so it won’t appear on other browsers or devices.

Watch later is your to-watch list for videos you want to come back to. Favorites (the heart icon) is for videos you love and want to find again.

Both work the same way: select the button on a video or on the video page to add it, and select it again to remove it. You’ll find both lists on your Saved page, stored in this browser only.

Go to your Saved page. It has three tabs:

• Watch later: videos you set aside for later
• Favorites: videos you marked with the heart
• History: videos you watched recently, if history is on

Everything on this page is stored in this browser, on this device only. Videos you’ve already watched are also marked Watched in every list.

GIGAXXX keeps your last 6 searches and your recently viewed videos in this browser only. To clear them, select Clear next to Recently viewed on the home page, or next to Recent searches in the search box.

To stop keeping them, switch off History on this device in the menu under Preferences, or at the bottom of the search panel. Turning history off also deletes what was already saved. Your Watch later and Favorites lists aren’t affected.

Your lists are kept in your browser’s storage, not on our servers, so they can disappear if:

• you cleared cookies and site data, or a cleanup tool did it for you
• you saved them in a private or incognito window, which keeps nothing after you close it
• you’re using a different browser, browser profile or device
• your browser automatically removed data for a site you hadn’t visited for a while

We can’t restore them, because we keep no copy of them.

No. There are no accounts on GIGAXXX: you can watch every video, and use Watch later, Favorites, history, resume and your player settings, without signing up. They’re saved in your browser on this device.

Any website, email or app that asks you for a GIGAXXX password, or offers to sell you a GIGAXXX account, is not us. Don’t enter your details, and report it through our contact form.

GIGAXXX itself sets no cookies at the moment. To make the site’s features work, it uses your browser’s localStorage to keep:

• your hover previews and history settings
• your last 6 searches and your recently viewed videos, only if history is on
• your Watch later and Favorites lists, and your like or dislike on each video
• where you stopped in your last 40 videos, and your player settings
• your cookie and storage choices, and when you made them
• the time of your last activity and, if history is on, the videos watched during your current visit (for the anonymous video statistics)

We keep no copy of this data, and it isn’t kept after you close a private or incognito window. To show your lists and recommendations, your browser only asks us for the details of the videos concerned, and nothing is stored. The Cookie Policy lists each item and how long it’s kept.

GIGAXXX itself sets no cookies at the moment. Cloudflare, our CDN and security provider, sits in front of the site and may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance, when it needs to tell humans from bots.

We use no analytics tools, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no third-party fonts or embeds. Videos are ranked with anonymous statistics that use no cookie and no identifier; you can switch them off in Cookie settings. The only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that loads only on our contact and report forms. The Cookie Policy has the details.

Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to open the Cookie & storage settings dialog:

• Essential: always on, because the site’s features need it.
• Video statistics: on. Anonymous counts per video (shown, opened, time watched), used to rank videos; switch it off here.
• Analytics: off, and not in use.
• Advertising: off, and not in use.

If analytics or advertising are introduced later, they stay off until you agree where the law requires consent, and we will update the Cookie Policy first. Your choices are saved in your browser.

Our web server keeps standard access and error logs: IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, bytes sent, referrer and browser user agent. They are rotated daily and automatically deleted after about 5 days, and they’re used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Cloudflare also processes every request, including your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Because it runs a global network, requests may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

No. GIGAXXX uses no analytics tools, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers, and no ads are displayed. To rank videos, it counts anonymous statistics per video (shown, opened, time watched), never per person; you can switch them off with Video statistics in Cookie settings.

If analytics or advertising are introduced, they stay off until you agree where the law requires consent, and the Cookie Policy will be updated first. You can review your choices at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Use our contact form and choose Privacy, whether you want to access, correct or delete personal data or exercise another data-protection right. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.

Keep in mind that we keep no copy of the data in your browser, so you can view and delete it yourself at any time. Server logs are deleted automatically after about 5 days. We’ll reply as quickly as possible.

In your browser’s settings, delete cookies and site data for gigaxxx.com. This removes your preferences, saved lists, likes, resume points and history, along with any security cookies Cloudflare set.

To clear only your history, select Clear on Recently viewed and in Recent searches, or switch off History on this device. If you’d rather not keep anything at all, use a private or incognito window: nothing is kept after you close it.

Select Report under the video. A short form opens: choose what’s wrong, add details if you can, and send. Your report goes straight to our team; add your email address only if you want an answer.

To report something that isn’t a video, or if you can’t use the button, use our contact form with the page URL.

Use our contact form, choose Remove my content and include the video URL, or select Report under the video. Non-consensual content is never allowed, and these requests are prioritized. Never send us intimate images: the link is enough.

To help stop the same images spreading on other platforms, adults can use StopNCII.org; if you were under 18 in the images, use Take It Down. You can also ask Google to remove them from Search and get support from the Revenge Porn Helpline (UK) or the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative (US).

Report it right away with the Report button under the video, or through our contact form with the video URL. Reports involving minors are prioritized, illegal content is removed, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and other competent authorities.

Don’t download, screenshot or share the material, even to report it; send the link instead. You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (US), the IWF (UK) or your national hotline through INHOPE. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

Use our contact form and choose Copyright (DMCA). It asks for everything the law requires: the video URLs, the work you own, your contact details, the two required statements and your signature. The DMCA & copyright page explains each element.

We act on valid notices expeditiously. If material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice the same way. The US Copyright Office explains how the DMCA works.

Our team reviews every report as quickly as possible, and reports involving minors or non-consensual content come first. Content that is illegal or breaks our rules is removed, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and other competent authorities as required, with evidence preserved as the law requires.

If you gave us your email address, we let you know what we decided. If you disagree, reply through our contact form and someone who wasn’t involved in the first decision will look at it again.

Only adults. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing adult content must be legal where you are. If that isn’t you, please leave the site.

Every performer on GIGAXXX was 18 or older at the time of production. If you share a device with children, see Parental controls to keep adult sites out of their reach.

Not at the moment: there is no age check when you enter GIGAXXX today. Where the law requires age assurance, we will use a compliant, privacy-preserving method, so GIGAXXX never sees or stores identity documents. We may also restrict access from some regions.

We will never ask you to email your ID or pay for verification.

We have zero tolerance for:

• anything involving or sexualizing minors, including content framed to suggest a performer is under 18
• non-consensual content, such as hidden cameras, leaked or “revenge” material and sexual deepfakes of real people
• sex trafficking or exploitation
• incest themes, bestiality, sexual violence or gore
• content involving intoxicated or incapacitated people
• hate, doxxing (sharing someone’s personal data), spam and scams

Videos come only from established adult platforms and studios, and every video’s information is screened before it’s published. Read our Anti-CSAM policy for details.

Every GIGAXXX page carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label and an HTTP Rating header, so parental-control software can recognize and block the site.

No. GIGAXXX is 100% free to watch. There is no subscription, premium tier, paywall, pay-per-view, tokens or tips, and we never ask for payment or card details.

There are also no live cams or live streams, and videos can’t be downloaded. If anyone asks you to pay for GIGAXXX, it’s a scam.

No. There is no GIGAXXX premium, VIP plan, subscription or paid upgrade, so any offer like that is a scam. Don’t pay, don’t share card or personal details, and only trust the address gigaxxx.com.

Please report fake offers, sites or messages that use our name through our contact form. Our guide to spotting fake adult sites and scams explains the warning signs.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site has a skip link, visible focus styles, full keyboard navigation and keyboard shortcuts, labels and landmarks for screen readers, and AA color contrast. It respects your device’s reduce motion setting, and videos never start with sound on their own.

Videos don’t have captions or audio description yet. If something on the site doesn’t work for you, tell us through our contact form.

Law enforcement agencies, other authorities and anyone sending a legal notice should use our contact form and choose Law enforcement / legal. It is also our point of contact for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act, and it handles 18 U.S.C. § 2257 inquiries.
